Our alarm intervention protocol:
- immediate dispatching and arrival of trained personnel as soon as alarm is detected
- preliminary investigation of objects or area
- control and secure area
- find out where the alarm was set off
- further investigation of the object or area
- relay statement of important information to the owner or 3rd party
- adapt security survice as necessary (e.g. guards remain on site)
- return object or area under servailence
- resetting the alarm
